ParaBaja Step by Step will be at Baja Aragón 2016 for the third year in a row. This initiative allows people with reduced mobility to participate in non-competitive events on some sections of the official track. Drivers in wheelchairs can participate in the quad and car categories. Plus, this year there will be one driver in the motorcycle category and one in trucks.
This initiative, which is a pioneer in Spain, aims to integrate paraplegic and quadriplegic participants into the "Experiencia Baja" and promote values of inclusion, strength, overcoming adversity and equality. 100% of the profits will go to rehabilitation and working towards a cure for spinal injuries.
On the competitive level, the great quadriplegic driver Joan Lascorz will compete in Baja Aragón for the second year. Joan and his co-driver Sergi Brugué will give it their all to continue racking up points for the official ranking of the season for the CERTT (Spanish National All-Terrain Rally Championship).
