Spread out over 3.000 m2 of space, "Design for life" displays a collection of ninety-nine objects created to constantly, consistently solve problems that generate great social impact.

The exhibition focuses on the process through which these objects, systems or applications from all over the world were created. These include the GiraRoda, a pedal-operated washer/dryer; Hovding, an airbag for cyclists; Flyox, a drone or unmanned seaplane; MineKafon, a low-cost landmine clearance device; and Batec, our wheelchair attachment that revolutionises user's mobility by transforming their wheelchair into an electric, manual or hybrid tricycle.

At the exhibition, which will be on from 19th February through 17th May, visitors will be able to try out the Batec and the other objects on display. This way, anyone interested in the pieces can get an idea of how they are part of user's day-to-day life.
