Integrated management system

At Batec Mobility we have implemented a quality management system in all our work areas.

This has allowed us to reach our goals and be effective in our results, ensuring optimal quality of the processes, products and services we bring to our customers and making sure they all meet the required specifications.

Our electric handbikes undergo mechanical, electronic and software testing. They pass quality control checks from design through delivery to our official service centre, distributors or end customers. We test the products for cytotoxicity and biocompatibility, and check the mechanics, software and hardware.

Environment

Our processes also take into account environmental aspects.

Efficient control over consumption and waste management. The latter includes recycling as much of the waste we generate as possible, reusing anything we can and reducing our use of paper and plastics by digitalising documents and parts of the processes.

Little things like switching to reusable batteries, getting rid of plastic bottles and encouraging employees to work from home when possible also help us reduce waste and emissions.

Plus, we are working on a sustainability project alongside the other companies that are part of Latour Industries, the investment group to which we belong.

Certificates of quality

The entire process complies with the CE marking of the European directive and with the European Medical Device Regulation.

To reinforce the quality-control processes applied to our products and services, at Batec Mobility we have implemented ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, further deepening our commitment to the environment and workplace health and safety.
