Joan is the Batec Mobility receptionist. His functions include transferring incoming calls to the proper department to resolve any doubts about our handbikes, greeting visitors and doing administrative tasks. He used to work in a photography shop until he joined the Batec Mobility staff in 2014 and he's been at reception with his inseparable headset ever since.

Animals are Joan's great passion. He's lived with his girlfriend for the past five years and, although they don't have any children yet, they do have seven dogs "that are part of the family," he says proudly. He loves these animals so much that, in the future, he dreams of setting up a centre to find permanent homes for dogs that have been abandoned or are in a dog pound.

We hope he achieves his dream and can house all the furry friends lucky enough to run into Joan at his future centre.
